"I know what it feels like to be lost, distracted, and chasing the wrong things. And I know what it takes to start pulling yourself out of it — one decision at a time."
Didn't grow up with a clear example of a grounded man. Health struggles, surgeries, family split. At 15, dad got cancer. That's when I started learning what the body needs to heal — not just look good.
At 19, best friend passed away. Saw clearly where life was headed. Was waking up scrolling. Eating for comfort. Drinking to belong. Running on stimulants chasing something I couldn't name. Made the decision to change.
Leaned into structure, discipline, training, nutrition, and relationship with God. A legal situation humbled me when I thought I had it dialed in. Life is serious. If you're not fully disciplined, it will humble you fast. Not perfection — pressure, failure, correction, and growth.
Shifted from living based on how I feel to living based on standards. Don't skip training. Eat for what my body needs. Hold myself to a standard regardless of how I feel. Relationship with God gave me direction, peace, and confidence not dependent on outside validation.
